Monitoring Menu
Main CT-Ops Monitoring menu, pinned entries, optional favourites, and the ITIL parent menu.
The Monitoring section in the main left menu is configurable per user. The first item is always Monitoring. Open it to launch monitoring capabilities and choose which optional items should appear directly in your sidebar.
Always visible items
Two entries are pinned and cannot be removed:

Optional favourites
The Monitoring chooser lets you favourite these items:

| Certificates | /certificates | Certificate expiry posture, ownership, and renewal status. |
| ITIL | /itil | Parent menu for ITIL-related workspaces. |
ITIL parent menu
Favouriting ITIL adds a collapsible parent item to the Monitoring menu. It contains:

Tooling boundary
CT-Automation Jobs is a tooling workspace, not a monitoring capability. Open it from Tooling -> CT-Automation Jobs after favouriting it from the Tools page.
